The ebike is ideal for my needs. Has good power when is needed. Rides well over rough ground.

However, the delivery was a shamble. I had to wait 3weeks for delivery, then when it was finally delivered the brake was smashed.
Ebikeshed did sort it all out, contacting our local bike shop to fix it for us.

Iv had a few problems with my bike but nothing that can't be fixed by myself with the replacement parts and at the moment I can only say, the help and feedback iv had is second to none, its been the best iv ever had, such as return replies late on a Sunday evening which iv never had, so as long as I get my replacement parts your customer service is excellent, and Iv already advised a friend to buy from you thats considered also getting the bike iv got and i will advise anyone else that asks. Thanks

Just hit 500 miles. Yes only 4 month's but that's bloody good for me. Dug probably done few miles more as he's off if he smells something, 5 mins later he's back and knackered. But I'm still fresh. Fishing season underway and bike is perfect.

Recently Bought the Wisper Crosswind comfort e-bike and am so pleased with its performance and the ride is second to non. I’m in my early sixties retired, and struggled with hills on my old bike, but since I bought the bike it can handle the steepest of hills with no problem.
I also went for the bigger battery for extra power and absolutely love this bike, also many thanks to Andrew for all his help in ensuring a great service👍

Dog getting walks he deserves, am not as fit as I used to be. Bike will get me to hill lochs and bothies I couldn't manage last year. Thanks to Andrew and his team. Superb bike, that will carry me, food, drink, tent and fishing gear up hills, and keep dog happy. He's got saddle bags and carries his own food and some of mine up tracks to fish

I bought two Wisper bikes (M7 & M9) and received excellent customer service throughout. The bikes themselves are very good quality and soundly built. I’m a retired mechanical engineer so I’m able to make a professional assessment. Now in my mid 60s, and with bad knees and back, I thought my cycling days were over, but this bike has opened up a whole new set of possibilities. The torque from the electric motor is excellent allowing me to go further and faster than i ever could on a non electric bike, which is now laying dormant in the garage. If you are contemplating buying an e-bike, I can highly recommend the Wisper bikes.

Had my Wisper 705 for two weeks, I love it! Comes in various sizes – I need a small frame and could choose smaller wheels so it fits me and is very comfortable to use. Easy to get the hang of using the boost and has a good size battery so going further will be no problem once the weather is a bit better. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, If you have been considering a change from your pushbike to an e bike, do it, you won’t look back!

the Harlow is a very well made ebike for the price with all the extras you need for a step through hybrid, just needed the buy lights, lock and panniers and iam all set. very please with the Harlow and the service i got from pedel and chain, all excellent thankyou.
